*Yoplait Light Vanilla Yogurt 1/3 cup
Banana, frozen, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
Honey, .25 tbsp
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
a fresh banana is fine, however, a frozen banana is better. also may substitute 1 cup of another fruit (strawberry, peach, etc) for banana, or mix and match. (1/2 cup strawberry & 1/2 banana). Frozen fruit works best.
