2 scoops About Time Whey Protein (birthday cake or vanilla)
5 tbsp PB2
2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal (ground)
1 tbsp Psyllium Husks (whole) (Yerba Prima)
2 tbsp Stevia in the Raw (baking)
1 tsp Hain Featherweight Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
1/3 cup Unsweetened Almond, Coconut, or Flax Milk
1/3 cup 100% Liquid EggWhites
1/2 cup Unsweetened apple sauce
1 tsp Liquid Stevia (vanilla flavor)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract
3 tbsp Smuckers Sugar-Free Strawberry Jam (warm in microwave for about 15 sec to liquify)
Spray an 8 x 8 square pan or an 8 loaf pan (extra mini loaf pan) (shown) with non-stick spray
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl until combined.
Mix all wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
Pour wet ingredients into dry and whisk to combine.
Pour batter into prepared 8x8 pan or pour equal amounts (about 1/4 cup) into each section of mini loaf pan.
Bake for 15-20 minutes!
Remove from oven and let cool.
If using an 8x8 pan, slice into 8 equal size bars!
Serving Size: Makes 8 bars!
