1 C Plain Greek Yogurt (prefer Oikos)
1 C 2% Milk
1 Banana, cut into slices
1 C frozen fruit (any would work - blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, peaches, raspberries - my favorite! - or try mixing them)
1 scoop protein powder (I prefer GNC's Amp Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 in Vanilla)
