1 cup reduced-fat low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup shredded or diced chicken breast, pre-cooked
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup medium zucchini, chopped
1 cup canned red kidney beans
1 cup canned green beans, French style
1/2 cup (4 oz.) Bolthouse Farms carrot juice
Mrs. Dash Original or Chicken Herb blend (salt free)
1 T. cracked blacked pepper
