4.5 cup Rolled Oats
5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
1 cup Brown sugar
1/2 cup Flax Seed
1 cup Toasted Wheat germ
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup Golden seedless raisins,
1/2 cup Raisins
1 cup Coconut, sweetened,
1/2 cup Sliced almonds
1/2 cup Dried cranberries (unsweetened)
Be sure to break up brown sugar before mixing otherwise it will clump together. Even with all the tasty items in this cereal I still add fresh berries as well. This lasts for days.
