Introduction

Ingredients

    4.5 cup Rolled Oats
    5 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup Brown sugar
    1/2 cup Flax Seed
    1 cup Toasted Wheat germ
    1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1/2 cup Golden seedless raisins,
    1/2 cup Raisins
    1 cup Coconut, sweetened,
    1/2 cup Sliced almonds
    1/2 cup Dried cranberries (unsweetened)

Tips

Be sure to break up brown sugar before mixing otherwise it will clump together. Even with all the tasty items in this cereal I still add fresh berries as well. This lasts for days.

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. On a cookie sheet or some aluminum foil, spread the coconut evenly on it and bake for 15 minutes max. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Serve with cold 2% milk and eat as is or heat in the microwave.
