Introduction

place all but the tofu in a blender. Include 3/4 cup very hot water. Let set for 3 minutes. Then blend for 3 minutes until nuts are smooth. Then add the whole pkg of tofu blend until smooth. While blending Then add 1/2 tsp citric acid and 1/5 tsp Clear Gel to thicken. Store in air tight container. Will last 4-5 days in frigerator place all but the tofu in a blender.
