Ultimate Breakfast Smoothie

Submitted by: BECKLYNN1

Number of Servings: 3

1 6oz yogurt, your choice of fruit, plain, or vanilla
    1 large banana
    2 cups frozen strawberries, unsweetened
    1 cup frozen mangoes, unsweetened
    1/4 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened
    1/2 cup frozen raspberries, unsweetened
up to 1 cup water, dependent on your viscosity preference

You can exchange the water for a fruit juice if you like. Orange juice is great, but the calories will be higher.

If you want to sneak in some veggies, once all the ingredients are in, fill the rest of the blender with washed spinach and blend. You get the added benefits of spinach, but it tastes the same!

Defrost the strawberries, mangoes, blueberries, and raspberries just enough so they can blend well. Put yogurt in blender, top with the banana and the frozen fruits. Put in enough water to blend it to your liquid preference. If you like it thick, use less water. If you like it runnier, use more. Blend. Enjoy.
