2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 can turkey gravy
1 can cream of mushroom soup condensed
2 16 oz. bags of frozen mixed vegetables
2 boxes of Pillsbury ready pie crust (4 crusts)
4 cups of turkey
Thaw frozen vegetables in the microwave. When they are nearly thawed. mix with mushroom soup and gravy so that they are coated. Place this mixture on the turkey. Place top crust and slit to release steam.
Bake in 400 F oven for 1 hour or until the top crust is nicely browned.
