Introduction

I wanted to make a nice soup with lots of veggies. This is what happened when I searched my cabinets and freezer. I wanted to make a nice soup with lots of veggies. This is what happened when I searched my cabinets and freezer.

Ingredients

    1 and a half boxes chicken stock
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can chick peas
    8oz frozen spinach

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large pot, let simmer for 30 minutes.
