Introduction

An old recipe I have used for years, not sure if originated from WW or not, but they are good, choclatety and easy. An old recipe I have used for years, not sure if originated from WW or not, but they are good, choclatety and easy.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 cup instant nonfat dry milk
    3 tsp. unflavored cocoa
    3 packets splenda
    3 Tbsp peanut butter
    12-15 Tbsp water
    6Tbsp raisins
    2.5 oz rice crispies or crumbled rice cakes *** not sure what that is in cups, converter only works for fluid but weight the crispies and you will get right amount.


Tips

Makes 3 servings. 1 pro, 1 starch, 1 fat, 1 milk 1 fruit and 5 optional calories is diabetic exchange count. Or 10 servings which is what the new calculation is for.


Directions

Combine in bowl first 4 ingredients. Add water and mix well for 2 minutes. Add raisins and rice crispies. Mix well again. Place in 3 margarine containers and pack down firmly. Unmold into plastic wrap and wrap very tightly. Place in freezer overnight.

Serving Size: makes 3 margarine tub size circles about 1/2 - 1 inch thick or can do on pizza tray and cut into 10 which is what the calorie calculation is done for.
