    Western Family Non Fat Peach Yogart, 18 oz (remove)
    Peaches, fresh, 2.75 cup slices


Variation: Use any flavor Non Fat Yogart such as Vanilla, Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Raspberry or Strawberry or Pina Colada as well as other fruits such as strawberries at 2 - 3/4 c; raspberries at 2 3/4 c; or triple berry blend at 3 cups


Blend cut up peeled peaches with 3 containers peach fat free yogurt adding amount of water to desired consistency.
