Mince and Veggies

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 1 small (5-1/2" long)
    Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Beef Gravy, 1 cup
    Corn oil 0.5 tbsp
    Seasoning to taste

Directions

Serves 4

Put 0.5 tbsp oil in a pan and heat. Chop the onion and gently fry until light brown. Add ground beef and mix together. Cook until beef is nicely browned.

Meanwhile chop carrot and potato. Place in a large saucepan and half fill saucepan with water. Add seasoning to taste. Cook on a medium heat.

When beef is cooked add to vegatables and continue to simmer for 10mins. Add gravy 2 mins before the end of cooking.

Serve with lots of green vegatables or pasta.
