Ingredients

    1 can Progressive Light New England Clam Chowder
    1 cup mashed, cooked cauliflower
    2/3 cup frozen Sweet Peas
    2/3 cup Crown Prince Baby Clams

Directions

Mix together and heat. Makes a great make and take soup in a 1 cup container. Can be frozen and thawed when ready to use.
