Ingredients

    8 slices bacon, chopped
    1 tblsp. margarine
    1 onion, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    3 potatoes, peeled and diced
    2 cups chicken stock
    2 cans creamed corn
    2 cans sweet corn
    1 cup milk
    pepper

Directions

cook chopped bacon until crisp. Pour off fat. add margarine to pot and add onion, celery, and potatoes. cook until onion becomes translucent. Add stock and creamed corn. Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Add drained sweet corn and cook another 15 minutes. Add milk and pepper and heat through.
