Ingredients

    Seperate pineapple juice from the pineapples keep juice reserved on the side. Mash the bananas and set aside, make sure bananas are very ripe.

    Combine cake mix, dry instant pudding, reserved pineapple juice, cinnamon,eggs and oil in a large bowl with mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended, add crushed pineapple, banana and nuts until well blended. Spray oil into a baking pan, you can use a baking sheet or if youre giving them as gifts you can put into a loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool completely.


    calorie count does not include cream cheese glaze. Combine 2oz softened philadelphia cream cheese, with I tablespoon of milk, and 1/2 c of powdered sugar, drizzle over cooled loaves.
