Banana Oat Muffins

Submitted by: CRYSTALSMOM519

Introduction

These muffins are so delicious, and no oil is used! It is denser then the typical banana bread because of the oats, but my entire family loves it, including my 1 and 3 year olds! • Gorgeous little muffins. I used mini muffin tins and made 24 plus had enough left over for a mini loaf which would have been approx another 6 mini muffins. Super cute! I made them with chocolate chips and might use less next time too. My 4 year old loves them. Nice and moist. - 7/23/11

  • I really really liked this recipe. The muffin is so moist, I enjoyed the flavor the oatmeal added to the muffin. But instead of chocolate chips or nuts, I added blueberries. I would definately make this recipe again! :) - 7/25/08
