Philippine Chicken Slow Cooker

Ingredients

    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (36 oz.)
    1 small sweet onion, sliced
    8 cloves garlic, sliced or pressed
    .25 c soy sauce
    .25 c cider vinegar
    .5 c broth

Tips

Nutrition calculated using regular soy sauce. To reduce sodium, use low-sodium soy sauce.


Directions

Place chicken in slow cooker. In a medium bowl mix together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
