Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 oz, Ground Turkey Meat (lean) (or lean ground beef or even shrimp!)
    Taco Seasoning Packet
    Mushrooms ( cup sliced)
    Onion (2 cup sliced)
    4 Spring Roll, Egg Roll or Wonton Wrappers
    1/4 cup Mexican style shredded cheese (or colby jack)
    1/2 cup shredded cabbage
    Salsa
    Reduced Fat Sour Cream

Directions

Preheat oven to 425.

Brown turkey meat (beef or shrimp), drain, mix in mushrooms, onions, seasoning packet & half of recommended water on packet (the mushrooms add extra water, add more water as desired), sautee until veggies done.

Lay out wrappers. Fill with meat, cheese & cabbage. Wrap up, wet corner to seal.

Spray cooking spray on foil lined cookie sheet. Evenly spread the 4 rolls. Spray tops with cooking spray. Bake for 5 minutes & turn if desired, bake for another 5 minutes.

Top with sour cream & salsa.
