Ingredients

    1/2 peach
    5 strawberries
    1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 cup Coconut Milk
    25 g pomegranate seeds
    1 tbsp flaxseeds
    1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
    12 grams Vega Energizing Smoothie Mix
    35 grams kale
    1 prune
    1/2 cup water


Tips

Use sesame seeds with hulls as they provide more nutritional benefits.


Directions

Use organic frozen fruit when fresh fruit is out of season, as it's cheaper (and faster). Take main stem off kale and throw out, as it's bitter. Throw everything in a Vitamix blender and blend for 90 seconds on high or until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 1, 3 cup serving for breakfast. Use smaller servings for snacks.
