olive oil 3 tbsp flour 1 tbsp chili powder 4 tbsp chicken stock 2 cup tomato paste 10oz oregano 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp salt pinch ground beef 4 lbs mexican mix cheese 2 bag corn shells
mix oil and flour heat 3 minutes, add chilli powder 30 sec add chicken stock, tomato paste oregano and cumin. boil than simmer for 15 minutes. brown meat, roll meat and cheese in shells. place in pan, cover with sauce and cheese bake 8 minutes at 350.
