2 bell pepers, green, red, yellow, or orange 1 lb ground turkey, or lean beef 1 cup picante sauce, mild or hot
brown 1 pound of ground turkey. Drain well. Add 1 cup picante sauce (mild or hot as you like it) and mix well. Slice 2 bell pepper in half lengthwise. Clean out seeds and white membrane. Fill peppers with turkey/picante mix. Place pepper in baking dish filled with 1/2 inch of water. Bake 35 min at 350 or until tender. Serves 4.

I do love stuffed peppers but I like rice and tomatoe sauce with mine a little onion chopped up in it too.brown rice would make it much more healthy-uummm I do love stuffed peppers and they're full of antioxidents
