Ingredients

6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, 4 oz each
2 Cups Mushrooms
.25 Cup Butter
1 Cup Onions
2 Tsp. Minced Fresh Garlic
2 oz. Dry Sherry
2 Cups Broccoli
1.75 Cups Half and Half
.5 Tsp. Nutmeg
Tips
Serve alone, over brown rice, or with whole wheat pasta.
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 6 Chicken Breasts, 4 oz. each
1. Pat dry and season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook on high heat until both sides browned (2 min. each side)
2. Add mushrooms, onions, butter, and garlic. Cook 4-5 min.
3. Add Sherry, broccoli. Cook 5 more min.
4. Turn heat down to low, add half and half, cook 10 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
5. Add nutmeg and serve.
