150g sunflower seeds
50g pumpkin seeds
50g sesame seeds
50g what bran
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
salt to taste
500 ml water
Bake for 70-80 minutes in 160C. Swap the baking sheets around a couple of times to ensure even baking.
Store somewhere dry in room temperature.
