Food Storage Pea Soup

Ingredients

    1 1/2 c dried split peas
    1/2 c dried carrots
    1/3 c dried onions
    1 t seasoned salt
    1 t chicken bouillon dried
    8 c vegetable broth
    2 c tap water
    1 c instant potatoes

Directions

Put dried vegetables, spices and liquids in large pot except potatoes. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add instant potatoes as needed to thicken soup.
