Ingredients

    Fiber Smart Clear Fiber, 1 tsp (remove)
    Blackberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove)
    Mountain High Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt, .25 cup (remove)
    Original SILK Light Soy Milk, 3 cup

Tips

Variation: Raspberries 1 cup; Strawberries 1 cup plus increase the fiber to 2 teaspoons; blueberries 1 cup plus increase the fiber to 2 teaspoons; Sunrise Triple Berry Blend 1 cup plus 2 teaspoons fiber


Directions
