Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove
    White Wine, 4 fl oz
    Salt, 1 tsp
    *BLACKPEPPER, 1 tsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips

    Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta),
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp

Tips

You may substitute wine with chicken broth or simply leave out.
Serve along side a garden salad or steamed broccoli.


Directions

Bake the first 8 ingredients in the oven at 375 degrees until done. Place over a serving of hot pasta and top with parmesan cheese.

Serving Size: Serves four with 4 oz chicken portions.
