Ingredients

1 pound Round beef steak (or you can use beef stew meat which is already cubed)
1 cup frozen kernel corn
1/2 cup frozen sweet peas
1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup onion, diced
3 medium potatoes, cubed
2 carrots, peeled & sliced
1 can tomato sauce
All Seasoning to taste
Pepper to taste
Tips
I generally season my stew while it is cooking and taste as it cooks to make sure my seasoning is sufficient.
Directions
Cut up round steak into cubes and add to a large cooking boiler with 2 cups of water. Cook on medium for approximately 30 minutes. While meat is cooking, cut up onion, potatoes and carrots. Add all ingredients to beef and add 6 more cups of water. Cook on medium high for 30 minutes or to desired tenderness. Season to taste and serve.
