Garber Family Biscuits and Gravy

Introduction

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 lbs Sausage
    1/2 cups Flour
    1 Onion, Chopped
    2 Tablespoons Black Pepper
    2 Teaspoons Sage
    1 Teaspoon Paprika
    1/8 Teaspoon Helrazor Extreme Pepper Sauce.
    3 cups Milk

    2 (8 Biscuits each) Pre-made Biscuits

Tips

Adding in eggs on the side give more protein, and adding cheddar cheese make it good also.


Directions

Preheat oven to package directions and cook according to the package time, some times 11 to 13 minutes.

In medium sized sauce pan saute onions, until they lose their color, and begin to brown the sausage. Once Sausage is cooked pull meat out of pan and into a strainer pressing down on meat to draining the fat. Add the fat back into the pan and stirring in flour. Next stir in milk slowly, going ╝ of a cup at a time, once milk is fully combine and sauce is thick put the meat back into the pan.

Serve hot.
