    10 oz of low sodium chunk light tuna in water
    1 can low sodium cream of mushroom soup
    0.5 cup skim milk
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
    0.5 cup chopped broccoli floret
    0.5 chopped onion
    0.5 chopped bell pepper
    1 cup chopped portabella mushrooms

Directions

cook noodles according to package directions. while noodles are boiling saute your veggies in olive oil. when the noodles and veggies are done combine with soup and tuna. bake at 350 for 20 minutes
