Ingredients

    *Canderel Granular Low Calorie Sweetener, 15 gram(s)
    Olive spread light, 50 gram(s)
    Water, tap, 20 grams
    Banana, fresh, 3 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    *Flour, white, 1.7 cup
    *Bicarbonate of Soda, 0.5 tbsp
    Baking Powder, 1.4 tsp
    Salt, 0.5 tsp

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180 c?gas mark 4. Line a loaf tin with baking parchment.
2.In a medium bowl, beat the Canderel and butter until smooth and creamy.Beat in eggs, water and bananas with the sugar mixture until well blended.
3.Mix in flour, Bicarbonate of soda, salt and baking powder just until the mixture is moistened.
Be sure to scrape the sides of the bowl to blend all ingredients.
4. Bake for 60 minutes. Bread is done when the top is firm an golden brown. When bread is removed from oven, allow to cool on wire rack.
