*Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
Pepper, black, 1 tsp
salt optional I don't use pepper is enough
Use your egg slicer for your Baby mushrooms. Works great and is fast.
I've added to canned broth, with rice or noodles. No need to heat up as the soup is hot.
Add to eggs for a quick omelet
Slice or dice your onions and peppers.
Add onions and peppers saute 3 -5 minutes.
Cook down to your liking
Remember to add pepper as you go along
Store in an airtight container in fridge to use as an addition to your meals throughout the week.
