    sausage links, Farmer John, 1 link, 8 serving (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    brown rice (1 cup cooked), 2 serving (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long)

Tips

Use up last night's veggies in this potpourri dish.


Directions

Brown sausage and set aside to drain. Scramble eggs in same pan. Add chopped celery, broccoli (or any veggies you want). Add cooked brown rice and stir in chopped sausage. Add water and any seasonings you prefer like soy sauce, onion, garlic, 5-spice. Heat thoroughly.
