Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef 16 oz
    1/2 c onions
    2 egg whites
    1 c light Silk Soy Milk
    1/2 c shreddred Zuccini Squash
    1/4 c Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 Diced Canned Tomatoes
    1/2 C Red Pepper
    1/2 C Green Pepper
    1/3 C Original Fiber 1 Cereal flour ground from cereal
    Salt, Pepper, Ginger

Tips


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and put into Cupcake Paper Muffins in Tin Muffin Pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until done. Top w small amount of tomatoe mixture and splenda brown sugar mixture on each one when serving.

Serving Size: Makes 10 heaping 1/2 c Servings
