Ingredients

    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 2 tsp (remove)
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Brown Sugar, 0.25 cup, packed (remove)
    93% Ground Beef, 8 oz (remove)
    Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat w Honey Bread, 1.5 serving (remove)
    Catsup, 0.33 cup (remove)
    *Bobís Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., 4 serving

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and put into Cupcake Paper Muffins in Tin Muffin Pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until done. Top w small amount of tomatoe mixture and splenda brown sugar mixture on each one when serving.
