EASY! Slow Cooker Three Bean Vegan/Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

    One can of each black, pinto and red kidney bean. One can of Diced tomatoes with Basil, Garlic and Oregano. Or Hunt's diced tomato with diced jalapeno if you want a little more kick. One onion and a few bell peppers. I usually dice super finely 1 of each color (red, green, yellow).

Directions

Dice all ingredients and add everything to the slow cooker. In the slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 4 people or 2 people with leftovers.
