Introduction

Basic, quick & yummy too! Basic, quick & yummy too!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    -5 mini cukes (I used the kind they sell in the produce section @ Walmart - comes in a package of 5-6 cukes)
    -1/2 cup of wishbone italian dressing
    -1/2 yellow onion (*or whichever type of onion you prefer - adjust to taste --i prefer LOTS of onion compared to other people's taste)

Tips

Sub out different brands of dressing....or use low-fat, fat-free for an even healthier side. (I just used what I had on hand)


Directions

Slice cucumbers into approx. 1/4 inch thick slices. Dice onion. Add in italian dressing & toss until well mixed. ENJOY!

Serving Size: makes 3-4 servings as a side dish
