Ingredients

14 oz can of Artichoke Hearts drained
10 oz package of froze spinach, thawed and drained
1 package of cream cheese - room temperature
8 oz of Sour Cream
1/4 cup of Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup of Romano Cheese
1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 teaspoon(1 clove) of minced Garlick
Tips
For extra flavor you can add a dash of hot sauce or a few dashes of paprika.
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish(I used Pam spray)
In a food processor or blender combined artichoke hearts, garlic, parmesan and romano cheese. Pulse until crumbly.
In a large mixing bowl combined cream cheese, sour cream and spinach. When throughly mixed gently fold in artichoke mixture. Place in 9x13 greased baking dish. Cook for 20-25 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 6 servings
