Ingredients

    1 can progresso light beef pot roast soup
    1/2 cup fresh cauliflower
    1/2 frozen peas
    1/2 c canned tomotoes
    1/2 frozen orka
    1/2 mushrooms
    2 Tabloespoons psyllium
    1 Tablespoon soy protein

Directions

Combine all ingredients in pan on top burner. Cook ten minutes and serve.
