Ingredients



    green soy bean, 1 cup
    Baby Carrots, raw, 1 medium
    Endive, 1 cup, chopped
    Oats, 0.12 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped
    Lemon Peel, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp

Tips

they are quite time consuming so by doubling or tripling the ingridient and freezing them you'll have your patties ready for a quick meal.


Directions

pepare the soy let them soak in cool water for abou two hours, the drain well and put them in a pot and add two cups of water punt ona amedium heat and cook for 45 minutes. i guess with slow cooker shoul be easier.

meanwhile peel the carrot and grate it, and mash the endive, i've had endive but you can add your favourite vegetables. more vegetables you add and more nutrient the patties will be.

once beans are soft drain well and put them in a bowl mash them with a spoon or somethin conforting for you. leave some bean unmashed to have more intersting texture. add oats, half of bread crumbs onion, lemon peel finely grated, nut meg and vegetables. stir well and make 10 ballstry to give them a patty shape.cover each patty with bread crumbs.
heat a nosticking pan and cook them for 5 minutes for sides.
