1 pound ruby chard, washed
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tsp whipped butter*
2 tsp olive oil
2 shallots, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
Melt the butter & olive oil in a saute pan, add the shallots and garlic, and saute over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the chard leaves and saute for about 2 minutes, until lightly wilted, stirring with tongs or 2 wooden spoons. Add steamed ribs, and toss to combine. Serve warm.
