500 g mushrooms
1 clove garlic
1 laurel leaf
0.5 tspoon salt
0.5 tspoon pepper
1/4 cup vinegar
Because this dish comes out quite sour, you may reduce vinegar to 1/8 cup and add 1 1/2 tspoon of salt instead.
2.Add the rest of the ingredients plus 1/2 cup water and simmer for an hour. You may need to add a little more water, so keep an eye on the mushrooms.
