Introduction...but it always changes! ...but it always changes!
16 oz pasta (I used small shells in this one)
I 8-oz box of Publix brand "Velveeta"
I can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Condensed soup made with about 2/3 can (6-8 oz) whole milk
I cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
1 cup shredded Colby-Jack
4 slides crumbled bacon
about 1/4 cup (4T?) salad onion crispies
Nutritional data assumes pasta dry volume. I guesstimated the servings. It's a B-I-G casserole!
Chop cheese bar (Velveeta) into cubes and microwave until melted
Pour in cheese soup and milk
Stir until well mixed
Add shredded cheeses
Mix well again
top with crumbled bacon, onion crispies, and a little more shredded cheese
Bake at 350 until heated through
