Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    4 tbsp butter, melted
    2 egg white
    4 tbsp apple sauce
    2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup mini chocolate chips

Tips

I make a big batch so I can freeze some of the baked cookies for later. I just wrap the cookies in a paper towel to defrost.
