1/2 cup egg beaters
1 turkey patty broken up into small pieces
2 sprays of cooking spray
3 tablespoons black bean and corn salsa
Any of the items can be substituted for your own personal recipe. The ingredients will rise in the microwave so make sure the ingredients do not go up to the top of the container or it will spillover. Container should only be filled about half way. A wider container works best.
mix egg beaters, turkey sausage,and salsa together and pour in mug. (you can mix and cook in same containter but you may experience more of the ingredients sticking to the side of the container).
Place in microwave for 1 minute
remove from microwave and stir
place back in microwave for 45 seconds
