Introduction

Ingredients

    Blue Diamond Almonds - Almond Breeze Vanilla Unsweetened Almond Milk, .5 cup
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, .5 cup
    *Protein powder, Jillian Michaels whey protein Vanilla (1 scoop), 27 gram(s)
    *Jello, Sugar Free, Fat Free, Cheesecake Instant Pudding (1 oz box - milk not included), 1 serving
    *Publix Quick Cooking Oats, 0.125 cup

Directions

put all in the blender and blend to desired consistancy

Serving Size: makes 2 8 oz or 1 16 oz cup
