2 c. cooked lentils 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 c. skim evaporated milk 1/2 c. canola oil 1 1/2 c. crushed Special K cereal 1/4 tsp. sage 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients well, adding salt to taste. Bake in an 11x7 baking dish for 45-60 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut down center lenthwise and 3x widthwise to make 8 servings.
