Ingredients

    ngredients:

    1 Teriyaki Chicken & Vegetables Weight Watchers
    4 tsp Psyllium Husks
    3 1/2 cooked skinless Chicken Breasts
    1 2/3 Tablespoons Panda Express Orange Sauce
    1 2/3 cups GREAT VALUE SUGAR SNAP STIR-FRY VEGGIES WALMART

Tips

Psyllium Husks can be found in Health Food Stores.
Panda Express Orange Sauce can be found at Cosco.


Directions

Stir Psyllium Husks into Orange Sauce (add a little water if needed), Blend all ingredients together stirring in Orange Sauce and Heat until warmed through. Can be shared with 5 people or divided into 1 cup servings and frozen to take along later.

Serving Size: 5 - 3/4 c cup servings
