Tofu & Kohlrabi Stew

Ingredients

450 g package fresh tofu, cubed
4 T oil
4 cups kohlrabi, cubed
2 cups leeks, sliced
1 1/2 cups stewed or diced tomatoes
1 package Lipton Onion Soup mix
Cajun spice to taste
Tips
Can be eaten as a meal or served over rice, quinoa or couscous
Directions
Heat oil in saucepan. Add tofu and cook. Add leeks and cook a few minutes more. Add kohlrabi, tomatoes, onion soup and spices per your taste. I like spicy so usually add a generous amount. Continue to cook until kohlrabi is tender.
