3 T Krusteaz Mix
1/8 cup Canola Oil
2 large egg whites
1 1/2 C Whey Protein Powder unflavored
2/3 cup Fiber 1 Original Cereal into Flour
1 Tablespoon ground Ginger
1/3 c water
1/3 c C & H Sugar and Stevia Blend
2 t vanilla
Cool Whip Free 12 T
Grind Fiber 1 Original Cereal into a coarse flour.
Soy Protein Powder can be purchased at Health Food Stores
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 F about 20 minutes until cooked. Continue in oven until desired crispness.
