20 oz. chicken breast (canned or leftover)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1.5 Tbs. mustard
2 large stalks celery, chopped
3 Tb onion, chopped
1 small apple, chopped
1/4 c. cucumber, chopped
1/4 c. toasted pecans, chopped
Great for a paleo/keto diet. Not low fat or low calorie.
Add salt and pepper and seasonings to taste
Serve chilled with lettuce leaves
