2 boneless chicken breast (cut into bite size pieces
2 cups of shredded cheese
15 oz tomato sauce
8 oz salsa mild picante
3tbs chicken broth
1 medium onion chopped
2 garlic cloves diced
6 whole wheat tortillas
1tsp chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1tbs sour cream
In a casserole dish add some sauce on bottom then layer tortilla shells, then sauce, then cheese and continue until only sauce and cheese is left.
Bake @ 350 covered with aluminum foil for 35 mins, last 10 mins uncover and let cheese bake til golden.
Serve with sour cream and diced tomatoes.
